| Can I Updgrade My Account?
You can add extra bandwidth or disk space to your account at any stage by logging in to your client area and navigating to Client Area >> My Hosting Packages >> Product Details. Towards the bottom of that page is a text link: Account Addons - Click to view available addons, clicking this will bring up a list of available options. Changing Plans
You may prefer to change hosting plans as opposed to adding additional resources, please open a support ticket to discuss the options available. Please note that there will be an set-up fee for this service. Conversion from Shared Hosting to Reseller Account
If changing from a shared hosting to a reseller package you may be required to move to another SiteHQ server depending on the workload and general usage level of the servers. Legacy cPanel Accounts
As of March 2007 we ceased to offer any new cPanel based products and announced a long term strategy to move all client accounts to our new network of UK based servers. Whilst we're happy to renew existing cPanel accounts we are not accepting any requests to upgrade to other cPanel packages and clients will need to migrate to current product plan if they wish to upgrade their account in this fashion.
