| There are a few reasons why you might not be able to view your site: 1) If your domain/account is new (ie less than a day or two old) your domain name might not have propagated to your account yet, please wait up to 72 hours for domain to propagate. Meanwhile you can access your files by browsing via the server's IP address followed by your user name. Details of how to do this are contained in your welcome email. 2) Have you uploaded you files to the server, and are they in the public_html folder? 3) If you have uploaded your files correctly to the server, make sure you have an index file, i.e. a file called index.htm, index.html, index.php or index.shtml. Filenames names on the server are case sensitive too, so Index.html is NOT the same as index.html. |
