Following an upgrade of our Client Area software some users will need to reset their passwords to more secure versions.
This can be done by navigation to the Client Area login page and selecting the 'Request a Password Reset' link. This will then send message to your registered email address containing a link to reset the password.
The update also brings changes to how network issues will be flagged up, instead of appearing within the Announcements listing these will now be listed under the new Network Issues link.
This allows us to more clearly flag up any scheduled maintenance and better tracks updates to existing issues.
As always, where there is an announcement on a network matter we do ask affected clients to refer to this rather than open a support ticket.
