We're pleased to announce a new courtesy service for our cPanel and Helm hosting clients which allows access to an archive of recent backups.
For full details please login to your client area and within the Knowledge base section select the Account Issues category and then the entry 'Backups'
For security reasons this knowledge base entry is only available to clients who log into the client area.
