Customer Reviews:

2 out of 5 stars Good book, apart from the missing chapter !!   November 13, 2008
I've been using this book as a study guide for my MCAS. All very good until you get to Chapter 4 - Handling Email Messages. The Chapter 4 that appears in the book actually relates to Microsoft Word and not Outlook!! Page 113 should give you details on Viewing Messages, and you actually get a page on Headers and Footers.

There are also 2 Chapter 5's in this book ... One for Word content, and one for Outlook.

The Contents are completely wrong - making it VERY confusing. Think the authors got a bit muddled up!!

Not sure if there is a newer version out yet, but wouldnt recommend you buy this without checking the content, especially if you need the full content for studying.
