5 out of 5 stars My Favourite Ever   November 22, 2008

A brilliant book. It's the antidote to my favourite photographer joke: "What's the difference between photographers and artists?" "Two artists can meet and not talk about their brushes." This slim little volume is very readable and helps me remember why I want to photograph. If you only ever buy one book about photography, this should be it. It won't tell you how to do it - that's what the internet is for - it will get you excited about why you're doing it. At the risk of repeating myself, simply brilliant.
