5 out of 5 stars A "must have" book   January 5, 2009
This is a great book! It is not a book for beginners, since a little bit of background is required, both AS3 coding and a little bit of Flash would help. I personally come from AS3 flash authoring experience, and with this book I have found a new light in RIA development. This books give you not only the basics, but allows you to fully understand and put in practice what FLEX is about, how to build easily nice GUI based on FLEX framework. If you are a web developer, a game developer, someone that feels very comfortable with AS3 and need to reach the next level of programming, this is a MUST HAVE book!
