Waste of time November 10, 2008 Perhaps I expected something more like a rubbery cover but this is just a tiny, tiny piece of very thin plastic to plonk on your screen. Bubbles from the start and instantly scratched. A waste of time & money.
Essential October 21, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
You don't seem to get much for your money here - just a credit card-sized bit of clear plastic and a scrap of cloth - but for anyone with a Creative Zen this, or something very like it, is absolutely essential. The fact that it lasts for ever and does what it is supposed to makes it worth the outlay.
Most of the covers and cases for the Zen do not protect the screen, which looks prone to scratching. You need a steady hand to apply it, but it is not too difficult to get it on, and there is even a little plastic blade to help you squeeze any air bubbles out.
If you are thinking of getting a Zen (and why not? It is a lovely little gadget) buy one of these at the same time and protect the screen straight away. If you already have a Zen and are using it then its probably too late...
Quite good, little fiddly, does what it says on the tin May 30, 2008 Excellent for purpose- as others have said, exact fit, a little fiddly, and you have to make sure very carefully that it's done right. If done so, it is a very good screen protector.
NOT VERY CLEAR AND EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH May 15, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
the screen size is small and just about fits my zen and my ipod. the only upside is that the delivery came quickly. as for the downside, lets see...where shall i start? it makes the screen fuzzy and is not very clear at all. its expensive and it comes in cheap packaging. i paid 7.99 just for a piece of plastic, do not buy. just get a sock!
Good idea but not executed correctly March 28, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Hi Guys,
If this thing was just slightly bigger than the screen then it would be perfect but I fitted mine and it was just slightly squint, me being the perfectionist I am, I ripped it back off.
I think they should give you more than one 1 for 5. The stuff must be worth about 1p if that. There is absolutly no margin fo error here when fitting the thing. I went into Maplins and bought PDA screen protector and that was cheap and nasty so now ive wasted about 12 trying to protect my screen.
I'm not happy at all!!
