 Great item yet so simple December 2, 2008
Like other people i mainly bought this item for my Walkman NWZ-A818 but it has worked on other gadgets powered by USB such as my desk fan and I can also recharge my camera. I bought this as you only get a cable to charge by a USB port from your computer, the best thing about this adapter is that I can use my Walkman whilst it is charging which couldn't be done whilst charging VIA computer, great little product, if you have anything that powers or recharges by USB such as cameras, MP3 players or mobile phones then i'd recommend this for you!

Although early days, charger works great with external 2.5" hard drives (used on a LAN)and my iPhone. Looks good, ultra easy to use, great price. Excellent!
Excellent piece of kit November 29, 2008
I bought this to use with a playstation 3 dual controler docking station and it did what it said on the tin. I was able to get the controlers from under the telly and neatly tuck them away somewhere else near a plug to charge them up. Leaving USB's on the PS3 free.

This item will certainly recharge your Sony Walkman when you plug the walkman in to this plug, using the USB lead that your received with the item. The put the plug in the mains and you'll soon have a recharged walkman.
