charger took 3weeks to arrive and when it did it didn't work, emailed the guy and he sent a replacement within a few days.. that also didn't work..utter Useless.

Just ordered this, and I have to say I agree with all the other one-star reviews. It doesn't recharge my MP3 player - and is therefore quite useless. Avoid.

I would recommend this charger to anyone with a Zen mp3 player. I have a Zen Stone Plus and although I really like it I kept forgetting to connect it to my PC to recharge it and so often ran out of charge. I no longer have that problem as this charger is really light and easily carried everywhere especially on holiday. It was very reasonably priced in comparison to similar items and is simple to connect to both the Zen and the socket. A great buy.

Afraid like your other customer consider it badly packaged, no receipt and it DOESNOT recharge a Creative Zen. Hope they refund faster than they sent it!!! If there was a zero rating I would give it one.

This item has just arrived today, it took a week to come, it looks nothing like the picture on the Amazon website, it was in no packaging just stuffed into a small jiffy bag, no del note. I was charged 4.50 delivery, it clearly states on the outside of the packaging that the cost of postage was 1.09 so where does the 4.50 cost come from? To top it all off it also does not work!! Extrememly disappointed as going on holiday and required for the weekend.
