well the person below was lucky in that their's worked because mine only does half a job. in that i mean u can play the mp3 player from the mains, but the thing doesn't CHARGE the battery like its meant to. also it seems to do this funny thing where charge will appear on the battery icon whilst its plugged in, then after u unplug it and use the player the battery icon will return to the state it was in prior to 'charging'.
also the fact that i found out you can get the official charger from a certain auction site for the same price was a further kick in the nuts. i may aswell have set fire to my money instead of buying this product.
also what the previous reviewers said about the unprofessional packing is true.

I bought this product as a present for someone, it arrived a day late, but that wasn't what really bothered me.
What really bothered me was the fact that I bought it from Trading Places under the impression that it was new. When it did arrive, it was loose in a package, and worst of all it was dirty.
The item worked but I was not impressed that it turned up loose and dirty when I was expecting a new item. Apart from that the item works and it was cheap.
Don't buy it July 1, 2007

Bought this in March by June it had packed up, why or why can't you have a recharger included with the MP3 when you purchase it. Just an excuse for creative to make more money out of us.
