A disk has never failed out of 50. To have 25 disk fail then there is something wrong with your dvdplayer/video burner.
If you want to make a saving Saainsburys are selling these for 9.

I'm very surprised and displeased with the poor quality of these discs. Well over half my 50 stack are coasters and fail when trying to write.
I thought Verbatim were meant to be one of the better makes! I shalln't be buying them again. I'll stick with Sony Dvd+r.

Not a lot to say, i've got a SONY burner DRU-190A (only 14.99 on Amazon), i'm well over half way through my spindle with no beer mats yet. Another spindle ordered and on the way.

I'm half way through my spindle with a 100% success rate, using a Pioneer DVR-115DBK. Not much more to say apart from great price!
