I've just received the Philips 16x Double Layer DVD+RW Writer and was rather surprised that there was no software, no 'sound' lead, no installation leaflet and no operating instructions. It would appear that the machine is aimed only at the very experienced and proficient computer user. Unfortunately I am not yet in that category so I must seek help in installing and operating the equipment. Rather disappointing.
