 I need a power adaptor for this product. September 25, 2008
Can anybody supply or know where I can get a power adaptor for this Digimate L-1715 monitor. When I took out the box----- no adaptor for British electrics. So far no reply from Digimate about my enquiry. I hope the screen works better than Digimates customer services.

My screen worked perfectly until it just died one day. I am now having a dreadful time with Digimate who I sent the screen back to for repair as it was over a year old.
They've lost the screen, fob me off with terrible excuses and won't give me a replacement until they get their money back from the couriers who lost it!
Unbelievable, you pay monkeys you get nuts. You're best of going with a better known brand.

Once again Amazon deliverd very quickly, i orderd the Digimate because we all play pc games at home, and felt that we were missing out on the graphics side of things with the standard monitor that came with our pc.I was very impressed with the ease of setting up, just the normal pluging in of leads,the graphics did not dissapoint, the images were so much brighter and sharper,just had to alter the settings in control panel as stated in the quick guide,only prob i had was no manual in box(this is on a c.d)amazon suggest i contact manufacturer,but have just found out this can be downloaded from their site.All in all a very nice monitor.

The Warranty Card does not state the length of the warranty, nor is there an address to which to post it. I know I can register online, and have done so [which also didn't tell me how long the warranty lasts], but always prefer to also send through the post.
The monitor is fantastic, except having trouble with AOL screens at 1280 x 1024 - AOL apparently prefers 1024 x 768 - am still working on it with them.
I have tried e-mailing Amazon for the Digimate address, but does't appear to be such a facility on their site?

Got this monitor from Amazon.Its very good, and very clear. Come with auto-adjust feature that lightens/darkens. So far only one dead pixel in the upper corner, hardly noticeable. Looks great for gaming and DVDs. Good job Amazon.
