Fix for poor LCD sound October 20, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I recently purchased a 19" lcd tv for the bedroom cracking picture, but the sound could only be described as garbage, solution got a pair of these, as there was no sound out connector I used a scart to audio result absolutly great sounds as good as the large lcd downstairs, no booming Bass but very good without if you must have this, buy the bass optional extra or a set of 2-1 speakers.Hope this is helpful to others
Great speakers I-Trigue 2200 for mids and trebles October 9, 2007 Hi everyone I bought these speakers to gain treble and midrange and i am not disappointed they do the job well.A added bonus i got them 40% off .But i would still buy them at the full price.Although i have a Realtek HD 5.1 sound card i am useing a active subwoofer + two 6" sony side speakers. The I-Trigues i am useing as rear speakers. The combination of the two sound great with a Hi Fidelity sound you could pay hundreds for.So in conclusion i Highly recommend these speakers. If you have a good sound card give them a try you wont be sorry.Hope this review helps.Brian.
Brilliant July 1, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this item around a month ago now, and I must say they are brilliant , great sound to them and the headphone socket is very useful and very easy to install, All in all a very good Product
Great speakers, if you're not into HI-FI quality. January 24, 2007 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
Thesemake for great set of speakers, good bass and volume. Pretty tough design. Mine had fallen onto the ground and nothing happened. You'll enjoy watching movies on your laptop with them, not too bad for a small party with some music. Good price for these decent speakers.
Cracking good speakers August 2, 2006 15 out of 15 found this review helpful
These speakers are very well built, good to look at and most importantly; great sounding. I read the other reviews about distortion at high volumes and buzz when kept low and all I can say is that the other people must have faulty kit because mine work perfectly. I bought them to use at work and whilst they don't compare with hi-fi quality speakers that I have at home, they have an impressive sound, create a good stereo image and are loud and clear enough to fill a medium sized room with music. I'm sure if I played a track with a thumping bass with the volume turned up to the max they might struggle. But even the hi-fi manufacturers don't recommend you do that as you will blow the drive units and get a distorted sound. All in all well worth the investment if used within their limitations.
